Greetings! My name is Sharnae and I am a self taught braider. I have been braiding for 6 plus years and it is my passion to promote healthy hair and help others feel beautiful inside and out! Before booking with me, please read the reminders below. Things to remember 1. A non-refundable deposit is required to book any appointment and please bring cash to pay your remaining balance. 2. Please come with your hair wash and blown out, and free of oils unless you book that service as an add on. 3. Please fill out any waivers or forms to maintain effective communication with your braider. 4. Morning appointments, please plan for a lunch break at 1:30 5. Cancellation Policy
Late Policy
As a service provider, I have a limited schedule, if you are running late, you may be subject to a fee or cancellation. If you're running late, please inform me as soon as possible. Keep in mind, that if you are running late, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to keep your appointment. If no communication is received, there will be a 15 minute grace before your appointment is canceled.
Cancellation
The time of the client and service provider is volatile, therefore I ask that you give atleast a 24 hour notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Depending on the situation. your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment multiple times, you may be subjected to possible booking restrictions.
No Show
If you do not show up to your appointment or do not properly reschedule and provide communication, you may be subjected to a cancellation fee and your deposit will be forfeited. You will be required to pay a new deposit to book a new appointment.
